Terms and conditions.
These terms apply to purchases from VEYR Copenhagen.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Prices may be displayed in local currency as an indicative conversion. Payment is made in Danish kroner (DKK) through Quickpay's secure payment window using the payment methods shown at checkout. Your bank may use a different exchange rate and charge fees. The amount is authorised when ordering and only charged when the item is dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark. Standard delivery costs DKK 49 and is free for purchases of at least DKK 1,200. An estimated delivery time is provided in your order confirmation.
Cancellation and returns
You have 30 days to return items from the day of receipt. Items must be returned unused and in the condition received. The customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was delivered.
Faulty goods
A two-year right to complain about defects applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If an item is faulty, contact customer service with your order number, a description and photographs.
